Earlier this week, I shared my "ratio recipe" for barely seasoned rice. And I thought I'd follow up with some other of my most used "formulas" in my kitchen – perfectly seasoned ground beefiness.

I highly recommend adding 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water per pound you are browning to the pan.
